Return Period

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The return period begins on the date you receive the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error may be returned at any time within a reasonable period. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Return Conditions

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use beyond normal inspection may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.

Please ensure that all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We are not responsible for items damaged during return transit if not properly packaged.

Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning an item due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at team@charxrelthscyx.world or through our contact form with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning your item.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with this return policy.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, but you may return it upon receipt.

If you cancel an order before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed and appear in your account after we have received and inspected your returned item.

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

In the case of exchanges, we will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs for the replacement item.
